Residential and Move-In / Move-Out cleaning is charged at the same hourly rate. In some circumstances Move-In / Move-Out cleaning may require more than one operative, therefore the hourly rate will be charged per person employed. In both Residential and Move-In / Move-Out cleaning a clean exceeding 6 hours will be charged at a daily rate. In any instance the price you are quoted is the price you will pay.
